Both the Kansas House and Senate last week approved a bill that would allow Kansans to carry concealed handguns. The bill now heads to Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, who vetoed a similar bill in 2004 and said recently she hasn\'t changed her mind, reports the Wichita Eagle. It is likely, however, a veto would be overridden. The Senate passed the bill with a 30-10 vote, which would easily override a veto. The House voted 90-33 in favor of the bill, six votes more than what would be needed for an override.
